Sea Cadets
Sea Cadets from the Capodanno Division helped staff an air show at McGuire Air Force Base during the weekend of 3-5 June. The air show featured the Navy's precision flying team, the Blue Angels, and the Army's Golden Knights parachute team. Under the direction of Air Force personnel, the cadets assisted by helping to secure the airfield perimeters, saving parking spaces for the pilots, and by escorting VIPs to the private viewing area. Each evening, the cadets performed a Foreign Object Damage walk to ensure that no debris which could damage the aircraft was on the runway. The cadets also attended a private party with the Blue Angels and the Golden Knights.
