Representatives from New York Council will meet with leaders of Navy Talent Acquisition Group Empire State and Rear Admiral Dennis Velez, Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, to formally adopt this local unit the Council has long supported. The Council will also present Junior and Senior Sailor of the Quarter and Sailor of the Year awards.
