New York Council Treasurer Charles Blaich will present awards to the USCG Station New York 2019 Enlisted Person of the Year and the Enlisted Person of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2020. Due to social distancing guidelines, attendance is limited to those participating in the ceremony.
